Murphy was waived by the Jazz on Friday, the Salt Lake Tribune's Aaron Falk reports.

His scoring ability was on full display, as he achieved double-digit points 30 times, 20-plus points on 27 occasions, and 30 or more in 13 contests. However, he's likely little more than training camp fodder, acting as depth at shooting guard.
