White competed in three summer league games for the Clippers and scored two total points in 23 cumulative minutes.
White, a former first-round pick, has played in three NBA games in his career. An anxiety disorder continues to hamper White's opportunity of securing a steady bench role, and he'll leave summer league a free agent.
Sun Jun 28 201519:49White will play for Clippers' team in Orlando Summer League
White will play for the Clippers' team in the Orlando Summer League, Ben Bolch of the LA Times reports.
As has been rumored for the past few weeks, the 24-year-old White, who was selected 16th overall in the 2012 NBA Draft, will suit up for the Clippers' summer league squad in Orlando. Due in large part to off-the-court issues, he's only played nine minutes in the NBA thus far, despite possessing a unique combination of skills for a player his size. Now 24, he's running out of chances to make it in the NBA.
Fri Jun 5 201518:01White nearing agreement to play for Clippers' summer league team
White is nearing an agreement to play for the Clippers' summer league team, RealGM reports.
The embattled former lottery pick is apparently looking to return to the NBA, and an invite to the Las Vegas Summer League would be a step in the right direction. White has reportedly drawn interest from a number of organizations, including the Bulls, Spurs and Pelicans, in addition to the Clippers. While the 24-year-old's talents are not in question, he's dealt with several off-the-court issues, which have been the primary impetus to his success at the NBA level.

White is drawing interest from teams and has an offer to play for the Clippers summer league team, Darren Wolfson of 1500 ESPN reports.
The former lottery pick has appeared in only three career NBA games while battling a well-publicized anxiety issue. He's still just 24 years old, however, and is an intriguing combination of size and playmaking ability when focused and healthy. Any team willing to take a chance on White will have to navigate through his character issues, but if the Iowa State product proves willing to cooperate, he could be a cheap steal for a team in need of wing depth.
Mon Mar 31 201409:46Kings will not re-sign FA Royce White
The Kings will not re-sign Royce White for the rest of the regular season.
They will max out their 15-man roster by inking Jared Cunningham on Monday, leaving White to look elsewhere for temporary employment. Kings writer Jason Jones reports that the team's coaches and management were impressed by White, but felt that it was imperative to sign a guard.

Thu Mar 27 201409:06Royce White's second 10-day contract expires
Royce White's second 10-day contract with the Kings expired on Wednesday.
The Kings will now have to decide whether to sign White to a contract for the rest of the season or allow him to become a free agent. We'll update this situation once the Kings make a decision, but White has only played nine total minutes over three games with the Kings and can be safely left on fantasy waiver wires.

Sat Mar 22 201403:20Royce White makes his NBA debut on Friday
Royce White made his NBA debut for the Kings on Friday in a one-minute appearance.
White's conditioning is an issue and it's unrealistic to expect him to step into the NBA and be productive right off the bat. Because he tends to pass rather than shoot he is intriguing fit at power forward with liabilities Reggie Evans and Quincy Acy getting regular minutes, but playing next to two catch-and-hold guys in DeMarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay his talents get somewhat negated by playing styles. Look for him to get a chance to show his stuff one way or another.

Thu Mar 13 201409:47Royce White complete D-League stint
Royce White has completed his four-game stint with the Reno Bighorns of the D-League.
White finished his last game with the Bighorns with 14 points, one rebound, three assists, and three steals in 26 minutes. He will now travel to Sacramento as the Kings finish their seven-game road trip that ends Sunday. White's 10-day contract with the Kings coincidentally ends this weekend, so his future with the team is currently up in the air. Reno coach Joel Abelson was pleased with White's work and thinks he'll get the opportunity to join the Kings, but there is little value for fantasy owners here even if the 22-year-old sticks with Sacramento.

Thu Mar 6 201413:18Sacramento Kings sign F Royce White
Sacramento Kings sign F Royce White.
White will sign a 10-day deal with the Kings and report to the Kings' D-League affilliate, the Reno Bighorns. The plan is for the team to evaluate White for the next week and a half before they decide on signing the former first round pick to another 10-day contract. While it's nice to see White land with a team after his highly-publicized falling out with the Houston Rockets last season, he shouldn't be rostered in any fantasy leagues.

Thu Mar 6 201410:11Kings inching closer to signing Royce White
The Sacramento Kings will reportedly sign Royce White on Thursday.
We've been hearing this report for a week now, but it seems to be getting closer to coming to fruition with these latest reports. While will be signing a 10-day contract with the Kings and will be assigned to the Kings' D-League affiliate, the Reno Bighorns. The former first round pick has some talent, but an assignment to the D-League basically saps any fantasy value for the 2013-14 season.

Thu Feb 27 201413:03Royce White expected to sign with Kings
Royce White is expected to sign with the Sacramento Kings.
White's highly publicized anxiety disorder and fear of flying has generated most of the headlines surrounding the 22-year-old, but it looks as if the former first round pick will be joining his third team in two years. Jimmer Fredette's impending buyout will have to open up a roster spot for White before he signs, but fantasy owners don't need to pay any attention to this signing.

Tue Feb 25 201421:13Report: Kings work out forward Royce White
The Kings have reportedly worked out forward Royce White, who was waived by the Sixers prior to the season.
It's a little surprising to see that White might return to the NBA after being drafted by the Rockets and never appearing in a game. He's got an anxiety disorder and has trouble flying on planes, along with some other things. The Kings will have a roster spot available after they buyout Jimmer Fredette and it sounds like White could be the guy.

Fri Jan 31 201409:05Morey: Royce White worst 1st rounder ever
Rockets GM Daryl Morey said "you could argue that Royce White is the worst first-round pick ever."
Morey swung for the fences and took White 16th overall in the 2012 draft despite huge red off-court flags. White never played a minute for the Rockets, was traded to the Sixers and then was waived. He never got over his anxiety disorder.

Thu Oct 24 201319:19Sixers release Royce White Thursday
The Sixers have released Royce White.
The Rockets took him with the 16th pick in the 2012 NBA Draft and he hasn't been easy to accommodate off the court. His on-court issues may have been worse in the preseason, making just 39.1 percent from the field while committing tons of turnovers and fouls in the process. He'll likely have to prove himself in the D-League or overseas after being cut by a team like the Sixers.

Mon Oct 21 201321:50Royce White fouls out in 17 minutes Monday
Royce White fouled out in just 17 minutes of action against the Cavs on Monday, finishing with seven points, six boards, two assists, one steal, one block and five turnovers.
A total of 11 turnovers and fouls in just 17 minutes is hard to believe, but that's been the story for much of the preseason for him. White hasn't done anything to suggest he's going to click in Philly yet, but you never know with their lack of talent.

Thu Oct 17 201313:44Royce White struggles in start for Sixers
Royce White started for the Sixers on Thursday morning, but managed just two points, four rebounds and four turnovers in 26 minutes.
Conditioning might be an issue for White, along with the fact he took most of last season off while feuding with the Rockets. Maybe he'll be a factor at some point this season, but for now, we see no reason to draft him.

Thu Oct 17 201310:57Royce White flies to Charlotte with Sixers
Royce White flew to Charlotte with the Sixers for Thursday's preseason game.
Hopefully he'll look better than he did last Friday when he played less than 10 minutes and committed five fouls. The fact he flew with the team qualifies as news, but it's still too early to get excited about White's fantasy potential. White skipped trips to Spain and England for two preseason games earlier this month.

Wed Oct 16 201310:1076ers may test out Royce White as a center?
The 76ers may occasionally use Royce White at center this season.
Brett Brown has suggested that the 6'9", 265 pound White is physical enough to battle the league's centers. It's a plan partly born of desperation now that Nerlens Noel (knee) and Arnett Moultrie (ankle) are both out indefinitely, Kwame Brown is a likely buyout candidate, and Lavoy Allen is out of shape. Spencer Hawes will start at center and the Sixers just added Daniel Orton to the mix, but there are still plenty of opportunities for the versatile White to earn minutes this year.

Fri Oct 11 201322:13Royce White has rocky preseason debut vs. BOS
Royce White lasted just under 10 minutes in Friday's preseason game against the Celtics, committing five fouls to go with his five points, three rebounds and one steal.
White hit 2-of-6 shots and while he was fluid in his mobility, he looked like he might have packed on a few pounds and the explosion we see on tape from college isn't quite there. It's his first preseason game so we'll cut him some slack, but the jury is still out on whether or not he can contribute for an extremely shallow Sixers squad.
