Moultrie signed with Jiangsu Nangang Basketball Club in China on Tuesday, Marc Spears of Yahoo! Sports reports.
Moultrie spent training camp with the Sixers before being deal to, and subsequently waived by, the Knicks prior to the start of the regular season. The Mississippi State product appeared in 59 contests for the Sixers over the past two seasons, averaging 3.6 points and 3.1 rebounds per game.
Mon Oct 27 201416:21Moultrie traded to Knicks on Monday and promptly waived
Moultrie was traded to the Knicks on Monday and promptly waived, Steve Popper of The Record reports.
Phily sent Moultrie to New York in exchange for Travis Outlaw, a 2019 second-round pick, and the right to swap 2018 second-round picks with the Knicks. New York, which saves money by not having to release Outlaw and his $3 million contract, waived Moultrie immediately, clearing a spot on the roster for Travis Wear. Outlaw is also expected to be waived by Philadelphia, so both players will be seeking new homes as the season begins.
Fri Aug 29 201412:34Moultrie will be given opportunity to make final roster
Moultrie will be given an opportunity to make the final roster, but is more likely to be bought out of his contract, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. The report comes following an interview with 76ers general manager Sam Hinkie.
Moultrie missed a lot of time in 2013-14 while recovering from a left ankle injury, but even when he was healthy he played very rarely. Though the big men at the top of the 76ers' depth chart for 2014-15 may be less impressive than 2013-14's pairing, it's not the talent of the starters that impacts Moultrie. Moultrie is more affected by the addition a few reserve-caliber bigs. It's good that he will be given a chance to make the team, but it is a discouraging sign that his general manager thinks Moultrie is more likely to get bought out. Even if Moultrie does make the final roster, he is unlikely make an impact on any standard size leagues.
Tue Apr 15 201414:57Arnett Moultrie back after 5-game suspension
Arnett Moultrie has rejoined the 76ers after serving a five-game suspension for violating the NBA's anti-drug policy, and he called the suspension his "wake-up call."
Moultrie was recovering from ankle surgery to start the season, but he gained weight during his rehab and wasn't in playing condition upon his return. Sixers coach Brett Brown resisted playing him and Moultrie even spent some time in the D-League prior to his suspension, so his season couldn't have gone much worse. Brown summed up the situation, saying, "If Arnett takes things extremely serious, if Arnett understands what it really, really takes to cultivate his obvious skills, then, yes, he can [make it in the league]."

Mon Mar 31 201411:26Arnett Moultrie suspended 5 games for drugs
76ers forward Arnett Moultrie has been suspended five games for violations of the NBA's drug policy.
The five-game suspension is consistent with the league's marijuana program, and it means that Moultrie has tested positive three different times. Former Sixers coach Doug Collins was never a fan of Moultrie's work ethic and he's only appeared in 12 games under coach Brett Brown this season. There's no reason to think he'll break out next season, though the rebuilding Sixers do owe him a guaranteed $1.1 million.

Fri Mar 14 201419:10Arnett Moultrie listed as inactive
Arnett Moultrie is listed as an inactive for Friday's game vs. the Pacers.
Well, someone is back in coach Brett Brown's doghouse. Moultrie is probably more suited for playing halfcourt ball and he should not be owned in any leagues right now.

Wed Feb 26 201418:17Arnett Moultrie going back to bench
Arnett Moultrie will move to the bench on Wednesday.
He looked horrible in the starting lineup on Monday night and it's become obvious he cannot play big minutes. Moultrie's per-minute averages aren't great, so this news of him moving to the bench certainly puts him on the chopping block in several formats.

Mon Feb 24 201422:56Moultrie gets 28 minutes in low-end effort
Arnett Moultrie started at center in Monday's blowout loss to the lowly Bucks, scoring six points on 2-of-6 shooting with eight rebounds, one steal and one block in 28 minutes.
Moultrie is a work in progress for conditioning and experience reasons but it's clear the Sixers want him at the front of the line for minutes, at least for right now. Brett Brown said after the game that nobody is safe and that changes could be regular, but for now he's worth a risky speculative add in standard leagues for the system he plays in.

Mon Feb 24 201411:35Arnett Moultrie likely to start at C Monday
Arnett Moultrie is likely to earn another start at center vs. the Bucks on Monday.
76ers big men Byron Mullens and Henry Sims have practiced with their new team twice since the trade deadline, and coach Brett Brown "didn't sound inclined to consider either as starting center material [for Monday's game]." Brown challenged Moultrie to improve his conditioning and become a relentless pick-and-roll option, rather than settling for jumpers, and standard-league fantasy owners should probably avoid him unless his minutes rise closer to 30 per game.

Fri Feb 21 201422:16Arnett Moultrie scores six points vs. Dallas
Arnett Moultrie scored six points with five boards, two assists and two steals in 31 minutes against the Mavericks on Friday.
His conditioning issues were obvious tonight and he looked gassed at the end of the first quarter. Moultrie couldn't get himself involved on the offensive end because he looked so tired and only attempted five shots. If tonight is any indication, he's going to have a tough time getting more than 24 minutes per game once Byron Mullens and Henry Sims arrive. He's still worth a look in 14-team leagues.

Fri Feb 21 201417:40Moultrie, Williams are probable PHI starters
Michael Carter-Williams, Elliot Williams, James Anderson, Thaddeus Young and Arnett Moultrie are expected to start against the Mavericks on Friday.
The team will have Tony Wroten, Lorenzo Brown and Hollis Thompson come off the bench. Moultrie should be extremely busy tonight and we're going to find out quickly what kind of minutes he's capable of playing after he was in coach Brett Brown's doghouse for conditioning. He's worth a look in most leagues for his upside and it's worth mentioning he finished strong in 2012-13.

Thu Feb 20 201416:24Arnett Moultrie looks like a winner Thursday
Arnett Moultrie is expected to see a significant bump in minutes following Thursday's deadline.
The Sixers traded away Spencer Hawes and Lavoy Allen on Thursday to open up some major playing time. Excluding those two players, Moultrie played just about every minute at center over the last four games. He's dealt with some conditioning concerns and even went down to the D-League because of it, but he is looking like the favorite to start at center. He's worth a look in some deeper formats until things become less murky.

Thu Feb 20 201411:37Moultrie and Allen to get more run
Arnett Moultrie is expected to get more playing time with Thursday's trade of Spencer Hawes.
He was in coach Brett Brown's doghouse even after he was deemed healthy from ankle surgery over the summer, but he's been in the rotation for his last four games as Hawes' primary backup. In that span, Moultrie averaged 2.0 points, 3.0 boards, 0.5 blocks and 0.8 steals. He had a strong run to close out his 2012-13 season and Lavoy Allen is a bit boring, so he offers a bit of upside.

Mon Feb 10 201400:14Arnett Moultrie plays 16 minutes in debut
76ers big man Arnett Moultrie made his season debut on Sunday, going scoreless on 0-of-3 shooting with two rebounds, three steals and one block in 16 minutes.
Moultrie is coming off ankle surgery and the Sixers delayed his debut due to concerns about his conditioning, so it may take him a while to get up to full speed. He had intriguing per-minute stats in a limited sample size last season, but belongs on the waiver wire unless Thaddeus Young is traded and/or coach Brett Brown decides to unleash Moultrie.

Sun Feb 9 201414:36Arnett Moultrie will play vs. Clippers
Arnett Moultrie has rejoined the Sixers and is expected to play against the Clippers on Sunday night.
The team sent him down to the D-League for what is believed to be conditioning issues. Moultrie had a nice finish to last season and had some buzz over the summer, but he's lost quite a bit of steam due to his ankle injury. We'll let you know how he does tonight.

Wed Feb 5 201417:43Sixers planned on sending Moultrie to NBADL
Coach Brett Brown said on Wednesday that Arnett Moultrie's trip to the D-League was planned before his comments from Monday.
Moultrie said he was "sick of the excuses" of not playing and the Sixers sent him down on Tuesday. Brown added he'll keep Moultrie in the D-League for "as long as it takes' to get him to reach his fitness standards. Moultrie has no fantasy value, but will be on the radar in deep leagues once he's back with the team.

Tue Feb 4 201416:20Arnett Moultrie assigned to D-League
Arnett Moultrie has been assigned to the 76ers' D-League affiliate.
Moultrie said on Monday that he was "sick of all the excuses" about his delayed return to action for Philadelphia, so his timing of his assignment to the 87ers is a bit curious. We'll keep an eye on him but there are no indications that he's on the verge of a significant role with the Sixers.

Mon Feb 3 201419:01Arnett Moultrie not happy about sitting out
Arnett Moultrie said he's "sick of all the excuses" about not playing during pre-game interviews on Monday.
He said his ankle and conditioning are not reasons for why he hasn't made his debut yet. It's been a little strange as to why Moultrie hasn't suited up just yet, but maybe he's not in the rotation for the Sixers. Coach Brett Brown has been pretty honest on his players, meaning there's a good chance he'll shed some light on the subject in the coming days.

Fri Jan 31 201417:59Arnett Moultrie still has milestones to hit
Arnett Moultrie (ankle) is still coming along, coach Brett Brown said on Friday.
He is expected to be out for another week or so and his timetable has been a murky mess. Moultrie has been out all season with is ankle injury and the Sixers will continue to use Dewayne Dedmon and Lavoy Allen as the main bench big men.
