Lamb signed a non-guaranteed training camp deal with the Mavericks on Monday, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
A second-round pick of the Bucks in 2012, Lamb appeared in 23 games for Milwaukee before being dealt to Orlando as part of the Tobias Harris/J.J. Redick swap. Lamb saw limited minutes in 53 games last season but was waived in June. He'll join the Mavs on a non-guaranteed deal with an outside shot of cracking the final roster.

Lamb will join the Mavericks for training camp, The Dallas Morning News reports.
Lamb has failed to stick with both the Bucks and the Magic during his short-lived NBA career spanning two seasons thus far. Now, still just 22 years old, Lamb will try to make the Mavericks' roster during training camp.
Mon Jun 30 201411:31Magic waive G Doron Lamb on Monday
Magic waive G Doron Lamb.
He played 53 games with the Magic last season, averaging 3.6 points, 0.8 assists and 0.7 triples on just 39.4 percent from the field. The Magic brought him in from the J.J. Redick deal a couple seasons ago and he hasn't quite worked out as well as Tobias Harris. Some team could pick him up on a cheap deal this summer.

Fri Apr 11 201422:02Doron Lamb gets some run on Friday
Doron Lamb scored 11 points with one board, one assist, one steal and three 3-pointers in 19 minutes vs. the Wizards on Friday.
He was the first player off the bench for the Magic tonight and was a much bigger part of the offense. Lamb hasn't really done much before tonight's game and coach Jacque Vaughn may have just wanted to mix it up tonight. He's only on the radar in deep leagues.

Sun Feb 2 201415:46Doron Lamb plays just 14 minutes on Sunday
Doron Lamb played 14 minutes against the Celtics with two points, two boards and one turnover on Sunday.
The Magic keeping Tobias Harris at small forward moved Arron Afflalo to shooting guard and it took a lot minutes away from the backup guards. Lamb started the second half of Friday's game after Jameer Nelson (knee) went down, but he has no fantasy value.

Fri Jan 31 201423:21Doron Lamb starts the second half
Doron Lamb started the second half against the Bucks on Friday, scoring eight points with three boards, one assist and two 3-pointers.
He made all three shot attempts against the Bucks, who drafted him last year. Lamb only getting 12 minutes tonight isn't exactly a ringing endorsement that he'll get some decent minutes even with Jameer Nelson (knee) is doubt for Sunday. He can be left on the wire in most leagues.

Sat Jan 11 201423:50Doron Lamb logs season-high 32 minutes
Magic SG Doron Lamb played a season-high 32 minutes vs. the Nuggets, but he shot just 3-of-12 from the field to finish with eight points, four rebounds and two assists.
One of his makes came from downtown, but he earned extra playing time due to the lopsided score, not to mention Arron Afflalo's absence, and there's no reason to think he'll be a reliable fantasy asset this season.

Doron Lamb (ankle) is available to play in Friday's game.
He sprained his ankle back on Oct. 7 and just started being a regular participant on practice this week. While the Magic are very thin up front, they really don't need much help on the wing. Lamb can be left on the wire in all leagues.

Wed Oct 9 201312:09Doron Lamb (ankle) resumes practicing
Doron Lamb (sprained ankle) participated in the second of Orlando's two practices on Monday.
He was held out of the morning session as a precaution, but it sounds like he'll be available for Wednesday's preseason game. Even if Victor Oladipo spends most of his time as a PG this season, there aren't many minutes available for Lamb while Arron Afflalo is healthy.

Mon Oct 7 201310:35Doron Lamb sprains ankle on Sunday
Doron Lamb sprained his ankle on Sunday and will not practice on Monday.
He got a shot to contribute for the Magic down the stretch last year, scoring a career-high 16 points on April 10. This year, the addition of Victor Oladipo and Jameer Nelson entering the season healthy should posh Lamb to an insignificant role with the team to start the year.

Tue Jul 9 201319:57Doron Lamb suffers left knee contusion
Doron Lamb suffered a left knee contusion during summer league play Tuesday.
Lamb collided with a Heat player going for a steal and there definitely appeared to be some knee-on-knee contact. Lamb grabbed his knee but walked off on his own power, which is good news. It's hard to tell how much time Lamb might miss without knowing the severity of the bruise. We'll update you as soon as we know more.

Wed Apr 10 201323:11Doron Lamb scores 16 points vs. Bucks
Doron Lamb scored a career-high 16 points vs. his former team on Wednesday, adding four boards, two assists, one steal and four 3-pointers in 35 minutes during a 113-103 overtime win over Milwaukee.
He played just seven minutes on Sunday and the Magic might have had some extra motivation to play him against his former team. Lamb hasn't exactly been a star rookie this year, making just 34.6 percent from the field and 59.3 percent from the line. He might have a chance to earn more playing time, but we'd probably need to see it again to pick him up in anything but a really deep league.

Sat Feb 23 201322:26Doron Lamb plays 10 minutes in Magic debut
Doron Lamb made his debut for the Magic on Saturday, going scoreless in 10 minutes off the bench.
Lamb battled a few injuries, played in the D-League, and was used sparingly during his brief time with the Bucks this season. He should have a fresh start with the youth-oriented Magic, though it's doubtful that will translate into fantasy relevance.

Fri Feb 22 201316:57Doron Lamb won't play against Grizzlies
Doron Lamb won't join the Magic until Saturday and will miss Friday's game against the Grizzlies.
Lamb was one of three players Milwaukee shipped to Orlando in exchange for J.J. Redick, Gustavo Ayon and Ish Smith. Lamb was a second-round pick last June and has spent much of the year in the D-League. His fantasy value is minimal.
