Johnson (concussion) has been cleared to play in Tuesday's exhibition against the Lakers, Jody Genessy of the Deseret News reports.

Johnson passed all NBA-mandated concussion tests following the head injury he suffered during practice last week. Though Johnson will likely see some playing time Tuesday, he's likely too far down the Jazz's depth chart to make a serious push for an opening night roster spot.

Johnson was diagnosed Thursday with a concussion.

Johnson took an elbow to the head during Thursday's practice and will be held out of on-court activities until he completes the league's concussion protocol. Timetables for head injuries can be quite volatile, so it's difficult to project with much certainty when Johnson will be back out there for the Jazz. The 25-year-old is aiming to win a back-end roster spot.

Johnson has spent the offseason improving his jump shot and accelerating his release, the Deseret News reports. "I'm trying to keep the ball up, not trying to sling it back behind my head," Johnson said.

A career 32-percent three-pointer shooter, Johnson has hit 39 percent during summer league action. Even with the leap in accuracy, the Jazz has 17 players under contract, two more than the maximum allowable. Johnson will possess limited fantasy appeal for the upcoming season on the Jazz, but he could find himself on another roster by the start of the regular season.

Johnson enjoyed stints with the Bucks, Sixers, and Jazz this season but ultimately finished the year in Utah after making a total of 29 appearances in the NBA during his 2014-15 campaign.

Johnson has already played for five different teams after just three seasons in the NBA. Obviously his inability to find a permanent home doesn't bode well for his viability within an organization which consequentially hurts his fantasy potential. The 24-year-old will head into the offseason with a contract that isn't guaranteed and as a result his future remains uncertain, leaving little to get excited about come draft time even in deeper formats.

Johnson has played double-digit minutes in five of his last six games.

Johnson recently signed a multi-year deal with the Jazz and has even cemented a decent role off the bench in coach Quin Snyder's rotation. Although, he isn't seeing nearly enough time on the court to amount production beneficial for standard leagues. This isn't expected to change before the season comes to a close, and it's probably worth noting that his draft stock heading into the 2015-16 season is minimal despite his confirmed spot in Utah.

Johnson signed a multi-year contract with the Jazz on Thursday.

The terms of Johnson's deal weren't released per team policy, but he'll rejoin the Jazz after a stint with the club earlier in the season. The 23-year-old probably won't see big minutes with the Jazz, but he'll provide some depth for the club.

Johnson wasn't signed for the rest of the season after his second 10-day contract with the Bucks expired Thursday.

During his stay with the Bucks, Johnson logged time in eight of 10 games, averaging 3.9 points (on 40 percent shooting) and 1.4 rebounds in 16 minutes. He likely isn't without options, though, with other teams able to hand out 10-day deals, and the D-League winding down its season.

Coach Jason Kidd said he's unsure whether Johnson will remain with the team past Wednesday, Andrew Gruman of Fox Sports Wisconsin reports.

Johnson's second 10-day contract is set to expire Wednesday, so Milwaukee will either have to let Johnson walk or sign him for the balance of the season. The decision will likely come down to the statuses of O.J. Mayo and Jared Dudley, both of whom have missed extended time due to injury this month. If Milwaukee believes both players will be fine going forward, Johnson becomes more expendable.

Johnson signed his second 10-day contract with the Bucks on Monday, Andrew Gruman of Fox Sports Wisconsin reports.

Johnson worked his way into the rotation during his first 10-day contract, averaging 20.0 minutes in five games. As a result, he appears to be a likely candidate to be signed for the remainder of the season once the second 10-day deal comes to an end.

Johnson is expected to sign a second 10-day contract when his first deal expires Sunday, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Johnson is averaging 19.5 minutes on the court over his first four games in Milwaukee. He seems to be in coach Jason Kidd's rotation at the moment which would likely lead to him getting signed on for the remainder of the season once his second 10-day contract ends.

Johnson will sign a 10-day contract with the Bucks, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reports.

Johnson will come up from Rio Grande Valley of the D-League, where he's averaging 20.1 points and 5.8 rebounds in 34 minutes per game. The Dayton product appeared in nine games for the Sixers earlier this season and spent a brief, two-game stint with the Jazz last month.

Johnson's 10-day contract expired Saturday and is no longer on the Jazz's roster.

He may head resurface with another team at some point this season, but for now he can be ignored across the board.

Johnson scored nine points (3-6 FG, 3-5 3Pt) to go along with two rebounds, three assists, and two steals over 21 minutes against the Suns on Friday.

Johnson has now played in two games for Utah this season and is averaging 7.0 points, 1.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.5 steals on 19.0 minutes per game. That amount of production only makes him a viable option in the deepest of leagues as he provides depth at the shooting guard position in Utah.

Johnson was called up by the Jazz from Rio Grande Valley of the D-League on Tuesday, the Deseret News reports.

In 14 games since joining the Vipers on Dec. 18, Johnson has averaged 20.1 points (on 49 percent shooting), 5.9 rebounds, 2.4 three-pointers, 2.1 assists, 1.7 steals, and one block in 35 minutes. Because the Jazz's bench is so deficient offensively, he could factor into the mix immediately upon his arrival in Utah.

Johnson was waived by the Sixers on Saturday, the Philadelphia Inquirer's Keith Pompey reports.

The Sixers needed to make room on the roster for Robert Covington, whom they signed Saturday. Johnson can now be largely ignored in most fantasy formats.

Johnson came off the bench to play 21 minutes in the loss to Miami on Saturday. He scored five points (2-4 FG, 1-3 3Pt) with three steals.

Johnson started the opener, but came off the bench in relief of Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, who suffered a lip laceration in Saturday's game. Johnson could be shuffled back to the starting lineup, if Mbah a Moute needs more time off.

Johnson will come off the bench in Saturday's game against the Heat, the Bucks County Courier Times reports.

Johnson will give way to Luc Richard Mbah a Moute who has recently made a recovery from a back injury. The 24-year-old averaged 31 minutes on the court during the first two games of the season but that number may go down with this move the bench.

Johnson will start at shooting guard in Wednesday's game against the Pacers.

Johnson was waived by the Celtics last month, but has apparently shown enough in his brief time with the Sixers to earn a spot in Philadelphia's starting lineup. Nonetheless, it wouldn't be surprising if rookie K.J. McDaniels sees significant minutes on the wing Wednesday as well.

Johnson, who was waived by the Celtics earlier in the week, has been claimed by the Sixers, Marc Stein of ESPN reports.

Johnson played in 40 games for the Celtics last season and will stand to see some minutes off the bench in Philadelphia. The Sixers' lineup as a whole is pretty weak, so it's possible that the 24-year-old could carve out a nice role in the rotation as the season progresses. However at this point, he should largely go undrafted in almost every standard sized league.

Chris Johnson hit 6-of-8 shots and two 3-pointers for 14 points, three rebounds and two steals in Tuesday's loss to the Pacers.

Jerryd Bayless was terrible tonight, so Johnson got some extra minutes at shooting guard, playing 28 on the night. This was his first double-digit scoring night since Feb. 9 and with Avery Bradley due back on Friday, we're not expecting CJ to remain relevant going forward.
