Garrett signed with Isreal's Maccabi Ashdod on Saturday, David Pick of Basketball Insiders reports.

The signing removes Garrett from fantasy consideration this season. He earned All-Star acclaim in the D-League last season, averaging 13.5 points, 4.0 assists, 4.4 rebounds, 1.3 steals, and 1.8 three-pointers in 33 minutes per game. In 11 summer league games, Garrett provided 9.9 points, 4.0 assists, and 2.5 rebounds in 24 minutes per game.

Garrett has been waived by the Trail Blazers, the Cleveland Plain Dealer's Chris Haynes reports.

Garrett may catch on elsewhere, but his fantasy value will be extremely limited.
