The deal does not carry an invitation to spring training, so Sullivan will be in minor league camp this March. He batted just .188 in 64 at-bats last season for the Astros before they designated him for assignment in late June. No other team scooped him up after that and things would have to go seriously wrong in Philly this season for the 31-year-old to climb all the way to the majors. | ||||||
