Quentin Richardson received a three-year deal from the Knicks and was sent to the Raptors to complete the deal for Andrea Bargnani.

Wed Apr 17 201311:26Quentin Richardson to see 'significan't mins
Quentin Richardson is expected to see "significant minutes" on Wednesday vs. Atlanta.
It'll be interesting to see just what kind of shape Q-Rich is actually in after not playing all season, and it's hard to imagine he's ready to play 30-plus minutes after not playing all year. In any case, he'll get some burn as a tune-up for the playoffs.

Knicks sign G/F Quentin Richardson for the remainder of the season.
Richardson was waived in October by Orlando and hasn't drawn much interest since that time. He'll add a perimeter threat to the end of the Knicks bench, but it's unknown what kind of game shape he's currently in.

Thu Nov 1 201209:29Report: Bulls interested in Q. Richardson
The Bulls are interested in potentially signing Quentin Richardson, a source tells CSN Chicago.
Chicago will look for a 14th player to add to its roster when they have cap space to do so, and the Bulls are believed to be targeting "veteran wings" with that spot. Q-Rich, a Chicago native, would offer nothing to fantasy owners.

Sat Oct 27 201211:22Magic waive veteran Quentin Richardson
Magic waive Quentin Richardson.
Orlando is embarking on a team-wide overhaul, and they had no interest in keeping Q-Rich -- assuming no other team claims him, which they won't, the Magic are on the hook for the $5.4 million that remains on his contract.

Sun Oct 21 201211:27Quentin Richardson out w/ calf injury
Quentin Richardson (calf) will not play on Sunday.
Q-Rich seems to constantly be battling a minor ailment, and there's no reason to go near him in fantasy leagues -- he shot 37.6 percent from the field last season, and should find his role reduced even further as Orlando develops their young guys.

Fri Oct 5 201213:14Quentin Richardson down 11 lbs after illness
Quentin Richardson (illness) is feeling better, but lost 11 lbs in the process.
That's one nasty flu for Q-Rich, who will not travel to Mexico City for the Magic's preseason game. He should get back to full strength before long and we're officially taking him off the injury list.

Wed Oct 3 201212:23Quentin Richardson (illness) out on Wednesday
Quentin Richardson (illness) did not practice on Wednesday.
Q-Rich is just sick and should be back in action before too long, and this will have no impact on his fantasy outlook.

Mon Apr 9 201223:36Richardson (back) returns to action on Monday
Quentin Richardson (back) returned to action on Monday, scoring eight points on 3-o-8 shooting (including a three) with four rebounds, three steals, and a block in 25 minutes off the bench.
If Richardson can put up a night like this every night, it would be considered a win. If you like those odds for your fantasy team, give him a look but remember that tonight's performance came against a very flawed Pistons squad.

Mon Apr 9 201212:02Richardson expected back for Magic
Quentin Richardson (back) is expected to play in Monday's game against the Pistons.
Richardson went through Monday morning's shootaround after missing four of the last five games. With Hedo Turkoglu (face) and Dwight Howard (back) sidelined, Richardson could see significant burn. However, he's managed just 7.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 0.7 assists when starting this season.

Sat Apr 7 201213:23Q-Rich out w/ back injury on Saturday
A back injury will sideline Quentin Richardson on Saturday.
We haven't mentioned Q-Rich in a blurb since mid-March and his absence does not have significant fantasy implications, though J.J. Redick and Jason Richardson should pick up a few extra minutes.

Sun Mar 18 201222:12Out of nowhere, Q-Rich drops 15 pts, five 3s
Quentin Richardson came out of nowhere to record season-highs of 15 points and five 3-pointers vs. the Heat on Sunday, adding four rebounds, two assists and one steal.
Q-Rich played 29 minutes, also a season-high, and this is even more inexplicable since he didn't play at all in Orlando's last game (presumably a DNP-CD since we didn't hear about an injury). His strong play cut J.J. Redick down to 18 minutes of playing time.

Sun Mar 11 201220:37Quentin Richardson starts for Hedo on Sunday
Starting at SF in place of suspended Hedo Turkoglu, Quentin Richardson had 10 points, two rebounds, one steal and one block in 23 minutes.
Q-Rich is in the twilight of his NBA career, and his real-world utility is limited to adequate defense, 3-point shooting, and veteran leadership. Fantasy owners shouldn't give him a second thought.

Wed Feb 29 201212:07Quentin Richardson has nagging Achilles issue
Quentin Richardson (Achilles) had to leave practice early on Tuesday because he of his injury.
Q-Rich had strained his Achilles' tendon before the All-Star break and it's still bothering him. "It's still a little sore, I'm taking it day-to-day," said Richardson. Averaging just 16 minutes per game and scoring 10 or more points just once this year, Richardson has been a non-factor in fantasyland.

Wed Feb 22 201211:57Quentin Richardson questionable for Wednesday
Quentin Richardson (quad) is questionable to play on Wednesday.
With Hedo Turkoglu (illness) and Earl Clark (illness) both also questionable, Orlando might have to get creative with its rotation. Richardson is averaging just 3.4 points and 2.6 rebounds in 17 minutes this season.
