The Toronto Raptors waived free-agent guard Shannon Scott, guard-forward Axel Toupane and forwards Michale Kyser and Ronald Roberts, the team announced Saturday.Scott had two points, four rebounds and two assists in 16 minutes over two preseason games.Toupane went scoreless with two rebounds in 21 minutes over two preseason contests.In one preseason game, Kyser had no points with two rebounds in five minutes.Roberts appeared in three preseason games, scoring 10 points with eight rebounds in 23 minutes.
