The 28-year-old infielder spent the 2013 season at Triple-A Buffalo where he slashed a respectable .285/.360/.385 with three homers, 44 RBI and five stolen bases in 108 games. He has the ability to play first base, second base, third base and left field, and will provide valuable depth in the minor leagues for the Phillies. |

Blue Jays signed INF Jim Negrych to a minor league contract. |
The deal includes a spring training invite. Negrych, who turns 28 in March, batted .264/.357/.391 with eight home runs, 39 RBI and a .749 OPS in 91 games this season with the Nationals' Triple-A affiliate. He's likely to serve as organizational depth for the Jays. |
