The Atlanta Hawks signed free agent center Matt Costello, the team announced Tuesday.Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.The 6-foot-9, 245-pound Costello averaged 10.7 points and 8.2 rebounds as a senior at Michigan State last year. He set the school record with 146 blocked shots.Costello averaged 5.7 points and 5.0 rebounds in six games for the Hawks' team in the Las Vegas summer league.
