Tue Jan 3021:56Danuel House Jr. Moves Into Starting Five
Philadelphia 76ers forward Danuel House Jr. will shift into the starting five ahead of Tuesday's game against the Golden State Warriors. The Sixers are shorthanded with Marcus Morris Sr. (foot) and Nicolas Batum (hamstring) both sidelined. Luckily, Joel Embiid is back, but the Sixers are still without Tyrese Maxey (ankle) on Tuesday. House will be asked to move into the starting five with the Sixers thin on depth right now. He hasn't done much on the stat sheet even when he gets minutes in the high 20s. That being said, fantasy managers can probably find a better streaming option for Tuesday's slate.

Mon Nov 27 202309:17Danuel House Jr. Questionable Monday
Philadelphia 76ers small forward Danuel House Jr. (quadriceps) is listed as questionable for Monday's big game against the Lakers. House Jr. was also out for the weekend's action against Oklahoma City and would miss a second consecutive game if he can't shake off a left quadriceps contusion. With that said, Danuel House Jr.'s absence doesn't have a big impact on the Sixers. He's been a regular in the rotation but has played only 12.7 minutes a night in 2023-24.

Fri Oct 13 202316:45Furkan Korkmaz And Danuel House Jr. Miss Practice On Friday
Philadelphia 76ers forwards Furkan Korkmaz (hamstring) and Danuel House Jr. (knee) both missed practice on Friday after suffering some minor injuries. House has at least seen some action on the court throughout the preseason so far while Korkmaz has yet to play in a game. Last season, Korkmaz requested a trade since he wasn't getting any playing time, but there hasn't been any word about that request since then. Both of these guys aren't on the fantasy radar in any format unless their situations change drastically.

Sat Jun 3 202310:18Danuel House Jr. Exercises Player Option
Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Danuel House Jr. has picked up his $4.3m player option for the 2023-2024 season. The 29-year-old didn't have a lot of success in 2022-23, averaging only 4.8 points per game in 14.4 minutes, but he will get a fresh start under new head coach Nick Nurse and could play a larger role next season, depending on how the roster shapes up in the summer. Philadelphia's roster could look quite different in 2023-24, with James Harden, Jalen McDaniels, Georges Niang and Paul Reed becoming free agents.

Fri Apr 21 202318:13Danuel House Jr. Questionable For Game 4
Philadelphia 76ers forward Danuel House Jr. (illness) is questionable ahead of Saturday's postseason matchup with Brooklyn. The 29-year-old didn't suit up for Game 3 on Thursday night because of a non-COVID illness. However, House totaled just five minutes in the first two games of the series, so his availability, one way or another, won't impact anything on the fantasy end.

Thu Apr 13 202314:21Danuel House Jr. Returns To Practice
Philadelphia 76ers forward Danuel House Jr. (foot) returned to practice Thursday. He was absent for three sessions before making his comeback and it looks like he will be ready for Game 1 against Brooklyn on Saturday. The 29-year-old isn't expected to play a large part in the series, having averaged only 14.4 minutes of action during the regular season. House Jr. tallied 4.8 points and 1.7 rebounds over the course of the season.

Tue Apr 11 202317:20Danuel House Jr. Misses Practice On Tuesday
Philadelphia 76ers forward Danuel House Jr. (foot) was a non-participant at practice on Tuesday but he's expected to be available on Saturday. Since they play later in the week, an absence from practice this early on isn't too much to worry about. Either way, House isn't a prominent component of their lineup and he most likely won't see many minutes if any at all. He shouldn't be on any DFS radars unless something drastic happens.

Sat Mar 18 202318:48De'Anthony Melton, Danuel House Jr. Starting On Saturday
Philadelphia 76ers guard De'Anthony Melton and forward Danuel House Jr. will move into the starting five for Saturday's game against the Indiana Pacers. The Sixers will shake up their starting unit with James Harden (foot) and P.J. Tucker (ankle) both sidelined on Saturday. Melton is looking like an excellent streaming option and is worth adding wherever he's available. As for House, fantasy managers can probably still avoid him with Jalen McDaniels and George Niang both healthy. The three of them should split up Tucker's minutes, so none of them are going to benefit too much.

Tue Dec 13 202200:33Danuel House Jr. Expected To Play On Tuesday
Philadelphia 76ers forward Danuel House Jr. (foot) is expected to play versus the 14-11 Sacramento Kings. The 29-year-old missed the previous two games because of a left foot laceration. However, considering House has averaged only 4.9 points in 18.4 minutes per game this season, there probably aren't many fantasy managers who are anxiously awaiting an update on his official status for Tuesday's matchup.

Thu Mar 31 202214:26Bojan Bogdanovic, Danuel House Jr. Will Play Thursday
Utah Jazz forwards Bojan Bogdanovic (calf) and Danuel House Jr. (knee) will both be active for Thursday night's game against the Los Angeles Lakers. Both players have been sidelined multiple weeks with their respective injuries, but they'll give the Jazz a solid boost against a floundering Lakers squad on Thursday. Bogdanovic had been really heating up before his calf injury sidelined him. He scored over 20 points in four straight games before the injury. He can be fired up in season-long fantasy leagues and DFS for Thursday night. House probably won't see a ton of action in Thursday's game and we should also see Juancho Hernangomez's minutes take a big dive with Bogdanovic and House back.

Thu Mar 31 202209:29Danuel House Jr. Questionable For Thursday
Utah Jazz forward Danuel House Jr. (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Thursday's tilt with the Los Angeles Lakers. The Texas A&M product has missed each of the last eight games due to a bone bruise in his left knee. He was logging 17.8 minutes per game in March prior to the injury. He had primarily been contributing as an outside shooter, knocking down 1.3 three-pointers per game. Fellow shooting specialist Bojan Bogdanovic (calf) has also been out for multiple weeks and he is questionable for Thursday as well. If both players sit, Juancho Hernangomez should continue to fill in as a starter. Hernangomez is averaging 11.3 points, 6.7 rebounds and 2.7 three-pointers per game over the last three games.

Mon Mar 21 202216:08Bojan Bogdanovic, Danuel House Jr. Will Miss Monday’s Game
Utah Jazz small forwards Bojan Bogdanovic (calf) and Danuel House Jr. (knee) have been ruled out for Monday's contest against the Nets. Bogdanovic is missing his fifth straight game, while House is down for his fourth in a row after a three-outing stretch among the starting five. Prior to going down with a strained left calf, Bogdanovic was scorching hot from long range, averaging 6.3 made triples over his last four appearances en route to 27.3 PPG. The duo's absence paves the way for Rudy Gay and Nickeil Alexander-Walker to see elevated roles, while Jordan Clarkson's scoring upside continues to climb. The next chance for Bogdanovic or House to take the floor comes Wednesday vs. Boston.

Sat Dec 25 202100:15Danuel House Jr. Available Against Atlanta
New York Knicks forward Danuel House Jr. (finger) is listed as available ahead of Saturday's matchup with the Hawks. He was recently signed to a 10-day contract but was questionable heading into the Christmas contest because of a dislocated finger. A capable offensive threat over the years when afforded the opportunity, House has a chance to make some noise versus Atlanta, especially with the team dealing with absences across the board. However, he remains a shaky option, so fantasy managers should acknowledge the risk before inserting him into seasonal and DFS lineups.

Tue Nov 9 202121:34Eric Gordon, Danuel House Jr. Cleared To Play Wednesday
Houston Rockets shooting guard Eric Gordon and shooting guard/small forward Danuel House Jr. have both been removed from the injury report ahead of Wednesday's contest vs. Detroit. Gordon returns after a one-game absence, giving Houston a much-needed offensive punch off the bench. The veteran is shooting a career-high 51.4 percent overall, while knocking down threes at a stellar 52.9 percent clip. House's return comes after a six-game absence, but his role has significantly dwindled with the new-look Rockets roster.

Sun Nov 7 202117:47Danuel House Jr. Out For Sunday
Houston Rockets forward Danuel House Jr. (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Golden State Warriors. He is dealing with a right foot sprain, which could cost him a few more games. In the meantime, Jae'Sean Tate will see an uptick in playing time until House is cleared to play. House doesn't bring enough to the table to warrant rostering in most fantasy formats right now.

Sat Nov 6 202115:08Danuel House Jr. Out Versus Denver
Houston Rockets forward Danuel House Jr. (foot) is out for Saturday's matchup against the Denver Nuggets. The 28-year-old has been battling absences throughout the year, with a right foot sprain being the cause for his latest omission from the lineup. With Daniel Theis (toe) questionable, the team may continue to rely on rookie Alperen Sengun and Kenyon Martin Jr. to fill the void. However, both men are risky options in all formats, although Sengun should be the preferred option for those looking for upside.

Fri Oct 22 202114:06Danuel House Jr. Removed From Injury Report
Houston Rockets forward Danuel House Jr. (personal) has been removed from the injury report ahead of Friday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. He missed Wednesday's contest following the birth of his daughter. Despite missing the season opener, it sounds like House will be ready to play on Friday. His return should mean less minutes for Jae'Sean Tate and Eric Gordon. House should get back into the rotation, but isn't someone worth rostering in most fantasy formats.

Wed Oct 20 202113:57Danuel House Jr. Misses Shootaround
Houston Rockets forward Danuel House Jr. (personal) was absent during Wednesday's shootaround. That means, House should be considered questionable for the season opener against Minnesota on Wednesday. He is currently away from the team following the birth of his daughter. There is still a chance that House suits up, but he wouldn't be a recommended fantasy option. As of right now, Jalen Green and Kevin Porter Jr. are really the only reliable shooters on this team.
