Wed Aug 30 202320:32Kobi Simmons Waived By Hornets
Charlotte Hornets guard Kobi Simmons has been waived by the team. The 26-year-old made five appearances with the Hornets last year. Before that, Simmons last NBA action was in 2018 with the Cleveland Cavaliers. It appears the Hornets didn't have room for Simmons on the roster after drafting Brandon Miller and Nick Smith. The Arizona product will have to look elsewhere now. His best bet is probably landing a G-League deal with some organization.
