Tue Jul 15 201410:43Bucks interested in Jerry Stackhouse as asst
The Bucks are interesting in hiring Jerry Stackhouse as an assistant.
If Stackhouse sitting with new Bucks' head coach Jason Kidd, general manager John Hammond and assistant general manager David Morway at a summer league game on Monday is any indication, the former Milwaukee fan favorite could soon be joining Kidd's staff. Stackhouse hasn't played in the NBA since the 2012-13 season and has also received interest from the Knicks and Hawks.

Sun Jun 8 201411:29Jerry Stackhouse wants to be an NBA coach
In a recent interview, Jerry Stackhouse stated he would like to become an NBA coach.
"I'd like to coach at the pro level," Stackhouse said. "I had some dialogue with Atlanta last summer... I met with Phil [Jackson] a couple weeks ago about possibly about doing something with their staff... [But] I think [Jackson] is still figuring it out. He doesn't know who the head coach is going to be, but I think after that is settled, there could be some realistic possibilities." While Stack would like to eventually be a head coach, he wouldn't mind paying his dues as an assistant, even at the college or high school level.
