Chicago Bulls forward Alfonzo McKinnie has been waived by the organization. The Bulls needed to clear a roster spot for center Tristan Thompson. Sadly, McKinnie was the odd man out and has been cut from the team. He averaged 3.5 points, 1.9 rebounds, 0.3 assists in 12.1 minutes through 17 games this season. He is eligible to play in the postseason and would likely sign with a contender. McKinnie is mainly a depth player, but could be an asset to another organization. Despite that, it's unlikely McKinnie holds consistent fantasy value wherever he lands.
