Wed Jan 1715:33Jordan Nwora Dealt To Toronto
Indiana Pacers forward Jordan Nwora is heading to the Toronto Raptors as part of the three-team trade that is centered around All-Star forward Pascal Siakam moving to Indiana, with Toronto also netting Bruce Brown and three first-round picks in the deal. Nwora stepped up down the stretch of the 2022-23 campaign for the Pacers, tallying double figures in scoring in 19 of his final 21 games of the year. The momentum hasn't carried into 2023-24, however, as Nwora has been buried in a reserve role on Indiana's deep depth chart while averaging 5.2 points and 0.6 triples on a career-low 30.6% clip from long range in 10.2 minutes covering 18 appearances. The 25-year-old's defensive shortcomings might make it difficult for him to carve out a consistent role in Toronto's rotation, but he will have a far greater chance of doing so with the Raptors than he did in Indy. Keep an eye on him for fantasy purposes.

Sun Mar 26 202311:14Jordan Nwora Has A Historic Outing For Pacers Saturday
Indiana Pacers forward Jordan Nwora was unconscious in the second quarter against Atlanta on Saturday, setting a new franchise record for a regular season game with 25 points. He finished a 143-130 loss with 33 points in total, missing his career-high by one point. Nwora hit 12-for-17 from the field, including 4-for-7 from three-point range, and tallied six rebounds with one assist and one block. The 24-year-old has enjoyed a much bigger role in Indiana compared to his time in Milwaukee, becoming someone fantasy managers have to keep their eye on. Nwora has averaged 13.7 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists this month, shooting 47 percent from deep.

Fri Feb 10 202313:152023 NBA Trade Deadline Breakdown - Fantasy Basketball Impacts
The NBA trade deadline has officially come and gone and we had one of the most active deadlines in recent memory with some big stars being dealt. Kyrie, KD, and Westbrook are all heading to new teams and we have been covering those trades and their fantasy impacts here at RotoBaller. But there were plenty of other lesser-known players who were dealt in the last few days and I wanted to go through and make sure we don't overlook some of these trades as some of those deals may even have more fantasy impact than the big moves. So here are some other trades that went down and my two cents on the increase or decrease in value that we should expect from the players involved for the remainder of the 2022-2023 fantasy basketball season.

Moves That Matter

These are very much in order of how much they matter. Let's start with the Spurs sending their starting center back up North where he started his career.Jakob Poeltl to the RaptorsI am a huge Poeltl fan and was close to acquiring him on multiple teams before the deadline. It was a curious move by Toronto to be buyers instead of sellers at the deadline, but Poeltl gives them the presence at the five they have been lacking all season and allows Siakam to shift over and play PF where he belongs.Poeltl is no longer a shutdown candidate and has legit top-50 upside with his multi-category abilities. His departure also makes ... [More]
Thu Feb 9 202317:24Jordan Nwora Heading To Indiana
According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, Jordan Nwora, along with two second-round picks, is on the way to Indiana in exchange for Jae Crowder in a three-team exchange with the Brooklyn Nets. Nwora was looked at as a high-upside prospect when the Bucks drafted him in 2020, but he's been experiencing a down year as he's only averaged 6.0 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 1.0 assists across 15.7 minutes per game. His value could increase with more playing time in Indiana, but fantasy managers will want to wait and see the rotation before adding him.

Sun Oct 2 202214:57Jordan Nwora Drops Game-High 21 Points On Saturday
Milwaukee Bucks forward Jordan Nwora finished with a game-high 21 points during the preseason loss to the Memphis Grizzlies. The 24-year-old went 7-for-15 from the field and 2-for-6 from deep while adding eight rebounds, two assists, and a steal. Nwora, who recently signed a new two-year, $6.2 deal, wasn't a consistent producer for the Bucks last season. However, he averaged 16.3 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in his 13 appearances as a starter. With that said, Nwora likely won't see routine playing time throughout the 2022-23 campaign, although he'll probably have some impactful fantasy showings here and there.

Tue Apr 19 202222:23Jordan Nwora Expected To Play On Wednesday
Milwaukee Bucks forward Jordan Nwora (back) is listed as probable for Wednesday's Game 2 matchup against the Chicago Bulls. The young forward missed Game 1 due to a back issue. The hope is that Nwora can get back into action for Game 2 of this series. His return could mean less minutes for Wesley Matthews, Bobby Portis, and Pat Connaughton. Fantasy managers should have a better idea on Nwora's status after Wednesday's shootaround.

Milwaukee Bucks forward Jordan Nwora (back) is expected to be available for Game 1 of the playoff meeting versus Chicago. Wed Jan 5 202218:43Jordan Nwora Available On Wednesday
Milwaukee Bucks forward Jordan Nworais available for Wednesday's game against the Toronto Raptors. Semi Ojeleye and Thanasis Antetokounmpo are also available after all three spent time sidelined due to the league's health and safety protocols. They should all have increased roles with Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness) sidelined for Wednesday's contest. Nwora is the best fantasy option between the three of them. He's averaging 11.8 points, 6.4 boards and 1.1 steals in eight games without Antetokounmpo on the court. Nwora seems to be a solid low-cost DFS option and is worth looking at as a streaming choice for Wednesday's slate.

Mon Jan 3 202217:52Jordan Nwora Enters COVID-19 Protocols
Milwaukee Bucks forward Jordan Nwora has entered the league's health and safety protocols. That means, Nwora won't be available for Monday's game against the Detroit Pistons. The Bucks are already without Donte DiVincenzo (ankle) and Khris Middleton (personal) is listed as questionable. That being said, Grayson Allen and Pat Connaughton could be asked to play significant minutes. Both players are possible low-end streaming options or low cost DFS options for Monday's slate.

Thu Dec 16 202109:37Jordan Nwora Finishes First Start With 15 Points, Six Rebounds
Milwaukee Bucks small forward Jordan Nwora had an opportunity to make his first start of the season on Wednesday against the Pacers, and he produced a solid performance in 27 minutes with 15 points, six rebounds, one assist, three steals and one block. The 23-year-old shot 7-for-15 from the field and hit one effort from deep with five attempts.
