He was drafted No. 26 overall in the 2010 amateur draft and given a $1.4 million signing bonus but decided to return to Clemson to play football for his sophomore season. Parker had a disappointing year -- throwing 12 touchdowns and 11 interceptions -- and is leaving Clemson to begin his professional baseball career in the spring.
