RHP Colby Lewis allowed five hits, including two home runs, and five runs in two-plus innings Sunday and did not factor into the decision in the Blue Jays' 7-6 win in 10 innings that completed a three-game AL Division Series sweep of the Rangers. "He missed middle, he missed middle down," manager Jeff Banister said. "Seemed like the slider early was not as effective. He was missing with the slider and had to come in with the fastball."

RHP Colby Lewis will get the start in the must-win Game 3. Lewis was passed over for a start against Toronto in last year's playoff series but he's been the best postseason pitcher the Rangers have as he has a career 2.38 ERA. "We think he's healthy, feels good," Texas manager Jeff Banister said. "He's been stretched out long enough. He's experienced enough. Given the right-handed set of hitters that Toronto has he's one of our best options."

RHP Colby Lewis took the loss Sunday as he struggled with his command. Lewis walked a season-high five batters, his most since Sept. 25, 2014. Lewis was charged with only two runs in his second start back since missing two months with a strained right lat. He knows he has to be sharper down the stretch than he was Sunday. "I've got to go out there, I'm on the big-league stage," Lewis said. "We've got a responsibility to do regardless of the situation. I didn't make the pitches when I need to. A leadoff walk in the sixth, and a couple of more. If I did my job, we're having a different conversation."
