Cora, who is from Puerto Rico, is already the first minority manager in Red Sox history.Roberts was asked about it on the workout day Monday, and he said he doesn't spend a lot of time thinking about it but he is glad to see progress has been made."It's special," he said. "It's not about myself or Alex, and just to see the minorities get opportunities and perform and do well, I think that that gives opportunities for others."It also creates a responsibility, he said."Do things the right way and to be good leaders," Roberts said.
