The 29-year-old batted .313/.345/.446 over 91 plate appearances for Triple-A Columbus in 2011 after spending the beginning of the year in independent ball. He's a career .205/.246/.228 hitter across 139 plate appearances and hasn't had a whiff of the majors since 2009. |
