Breslow came through with a strong effort Saturday, throwing four scoreless innings and giving up two hits and two walks while striking out two.

He didn't last long enough to be eligible for the win, but Breslow got the Red Sox 'bullpen day' off to a rousing start. He'll likely return to relief work for the final week of the season.
