Pirates signed RHP Cody Eppley to a minor league contract with an invite to spring training.
Eppley appeared in two games with the Yankees this past season, but spent most of the year at the Triple-A level. The 28-year-old enjoyed some success at the major league level in 2012, so we wouldn't rule him out from making an impact in the Pirates' bullpen next season.
