McNutt, a 22-year-old right-hander, posted an underwhelming 4.55 ERA and 65/39 K/BB ratio in 95 innings this season at Double-A Tennessee. But he had a breakout year at Single-A in 2010 and may carry back-end-of-the-rotation potential.
