Freddie Freeman (oblique) hitting the DL opened up a roster spot, so Terdoslavich will fill the void just more than a week after being sent down. The outfielder is just 5-for-34 at the plate in 19 games for the Braves this season.

Terdoslavich will get the start at first and bat sixth Monday against the Dodgers, according to Eric Stephen of True Blue LA.

After making two pinch-hit appearances over the weekend after being called up, Terdoslavich will get the start at first base Monday, replacing Kelly Johnson in the lineup. Terdoslavich is hitting .154 in 26 at-bats with the Braves this season, but hitting .295 across four levels of the minors this season.

Terdoslavich was recalled by the Braves on Friday, Kevin McAlpin of 680 The Fan reports.

The Braves placed closer Jason Grilli on the disabled list Friday, which opened a spot on the roster for Terdoslavich. He had hit safely in all five games at Triple-A Gwinnett since being sent down from the majors on July 7.
