Cubs acquired RHPs Jaye Chapman and Arodys Vizcaino from the Braves for LHP Paul Maholm and OF Reed Johnson.
Chapman, a 25-year-old reliever, is 3-6 with a 3.52 ERA at Triple-A Gwinnett this year and has a 3.95 ERA and 9.6 K/9 over parts of seven seasons in the minors.
