Mariners re-signed RHP Scott Patterson to a minor league contract. | ||||||
The deal includes an invite to spring training. Patterson, 32, posted an impressive 3.54 ERA and 77/7 K/BB ratio over 68 2/3 innings this past season between Double-A Jackson and Triple-A Tacoma. The 6-foot-8 right-hander hasn't appeared in the majors since 2008 with the Padres and Yankees. He'll continue to serve as organizational depth. | ||||||
