Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green reached a plea agreement to avoid jail time in the case in which he was charged for slapping a Michigan State football player.Officials in East Lansing, Mich., announced the agreement on Friday. Green will be fined $500 and pay $60 in restitution to Jermaine Edmondson, who police said was slapped by Green on July 10.Green didn't have to amid guilt or enter a no-contest plea, according to assistant city prosecutor David Meyers.Green, a former Michigan State basketball star, originally was facing a misdemeanor assault charge. It was reduced to a noise violation, which is an infraction.Edmondson is no longer part of Michigan State's football program. Hairston and also obtained Chris Andersen from the Miami Heat for Hornets guard Brian Roberts.Additionally, the Grizzlies receive four second-round draft picks, including two from the Hornets in 2018 and 2019, and two from the Heat. The 30-year-old Lee is expected to give the Hornets some help with scoring and perimeter defense. He is averaging 10 points per game and shooting 37 percent on 3-pointers this season. He also brings playoff experience to the Hornets, who are eighth in the Eastern Conference standings.The Grizzlies, in need of front-line help after a season-ending injury to center Marc Gasol, are hoping to get rebounding and defense from Andersen, a veteran with postseason experience who is in the last year of his contract. Memphis was fifth in the Western Conference standings going into Tuesday's games.Hairston, 22, is in his second year in the league and averaging 6.0 points and 2.7 rebounds this season. Andersen's lackluster campaign in 2014-15 was due in large part to several injuries suffered throughout the season. In his lone 13 game starting streak early in the season for Miami, Andersen averaged 7.6 points and 5.7 rebounds. However, the combination of Andersen's plethora of injuries and the emergence of Hassan Whiteside as a capable starting center limited Andersen's opportunities the second half of the season. With younger, healthier options at center in Miami, Andersen has little fantasy value for the upcoming season. Andersen's current contract is set to expire after the 2015-16 season.

Despite dealing with a lingering left foot sprain, Andersen has averaged 3.6 points (on 47 percent shooting), 3.4 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks in 15 minutes per game over the last five.

Andersen (foot) came off the bench Thursday and was limited to just 10 minutes, scoring four points (2-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt) to go along with two rebounds and two blocks.

Andersen has been limited lately with calf and foot injuries. He hasn't scored more than six points in a game since March 11, and has four or fewer points in six of his past even appearances.
