Oniel Cousins and Jamon Meredith are working as the Buccaneers' first-team guards at OTAs.

The hope is Carl Nicks (toe) will be ready by Week 1, but there are no guarantees. Pro Football Focus graded Cousins as its No. 71 guard among 81 qualifiers last season, while Meredith came in 64th. Guard play is a concern for Doug Martin's fantasy outlook, in addition to top-70 draft pick Charles Sims.
