Coach John Harbaugh indicated that Albert McClellan will compete with Paul Kruger to replace Jarret Johnson at outside linebacker.
The Ravens' leading special teams tackler, McClellan also filled in at inside linebacker for one late-season start. McClellan will be the underdog going into camp, as Harbaugh expects Kruger to "rise to the occasion and have a heck of a year." Sergio Kindle wasn't mentioned as a candidate for the job.

Ravens ILB Albert McClellan recorded four tackles against the 49ers in his first NFL start Thursday night.
McClellan was one of three undrafted starters on a Ravens defense that constant harassed Alex Smith while shutting down the 49ers offense. Special teamer Brendon Ayanbadejo replaced McClellan on third downs. Starter Ray Lewis (toe) believes he has a chance to "come back totally 100 percent" with 10 days to rest before the Browns game in Week 13.
