Reynolds provides insurance for struggling and injured starter David Bass (knee). Eagles C Dallas Reynolds (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday.
Reynolds has started nine games this season with Jason Kelce on injured reserve, but he was injured in Monday night's game against the Panthers. Evan Mathis, the team's left guard and arguably best healthy lineman, took the first-team reps at center on Wednesday. Danny Watkins, who started the first six games of the season at right guard, filled in at left guard. Philadelphia's offensive line has been reduced to rubble.
