Ihedigbo was listed as probable for Thursday's contest versus the Bears, the Lions' official site reports.
Ihedigbo has been particularly productive in the last three games, notching 20 tackles (18 solo) and two interceptions. He'll aim to pounce on the frequent mistakes of Jay Cutler, who has committed 10 turnovers (six interceptions and four fumbles) in the past five outings.

Ihedigbo had nine solo tackles, two passes defended and an interception in Sunday's 34-9 loss to the Patriots.
The Lions were completely outclassed in this game, but Ihedigbo turned in a strong performance against his former team. He's best suited for deeper IDP leagues because he's not a big-time tackler, but Ihedigbo can offer some decent numbers (two sacks, two forced fumbles, two interceptions, six pass breakups this season).

Thu Sep 11 201420:39Ihedigbo (knee) limited in Thursday's practice
Ihedigbo (knee) was limited in Thursday's practice, the Lions' official site reports.
After inking a two-year contract with the Lions in the offseason, Ihedigbo worked himself into a starting role, when healthy, at strong safety. He was inactive in the opener with his current ailment, which likely won't allow him to match his output (101 tackles, three interceptions, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries) from a season ago with the Ravens. As the weekend approaches, his status for Sunday's game in Carolina could become more clear, one way or the other.

The 30-year-old reunites with DC Teryl Austin, who was Baltimore's DBs coach the past two seasons. Ihedigbo is a strong leader and can play special teams.

Fri Aug 30 201317:16Ravens name Ihedigbo starter over Elam
The Ravens have named James Ihedigbo their starting strong safety, beating out first-round pick Matt Elam.
They've also crowned Gino Gradkowski at center, where he held off A.Q. Shipley. Coach John Harbaugh emphasized that Elam will still see "significant playing time," despite coming off the bench. Elam can cover the slot in addition to play safety. He'll likely replace Ihedigbo in obvious passing situations.
