Former NBA guard Dee Brown announced through his Twitter account Thursday night that he is coming to Dallas Mavericks training camp to try to resurrect his NBA career.

The former Illini hoopster played last year for for Maccabi Tel Aviv and will come to the Dallas camp on a non-guaranteed contract. The Mavs currently have one open roster spot, but Brown will be considered a long shot to make the team.
