Colon will start at second base for the first time this season Thursday afternoon against the Twins.

Colon has yet to log an at-bat in 2015, as Omar Infante has manned the keystone in each of the Royals' first eight games. Look for the 25-year-old to return to the bench when the team begins a three-game series against the Athletics on Friday. Infante's health has held up so far, and until that changes, Colon will likely remain in a reserve role.

There's sneaky fantasy value here if he can find his way into semi-consistent reps at second and third for the red-hot Royals.
