He lowered his ERA from 2.61 to 2.40 with Saturday night's performance (one run on five hits and four walks with nine strikeouts in 7 1/3 innings). Kershaw is 8-0 in his last 10 starts against the Padres and is 16-6 lifetime against the Padres with a 2.00 ERA in 31 starts.
