Travieso was one of seven Reds prospects announced for the Arizona Fall League. Joining him for the Peoria Javelinas will be Phillip Ervin, Alex Blandino, Stephen Johnson, Layne Somsen, Zack Weiss and Chad Wallach.
Travieso is the most noteworthy pitching prospect making the squad. Often top pitching prospects don't go to the AFL, but because he missed over two months due to a wrist injury, he could benefit by getting extra work.

Travieso tossed five no-hit innings Tuesday in his second game off the DL for High-A Daytona.
It is unclear what caused Travieso to miss almost two months this summer, but he does not appear to be showing any ill effects. Travieso fanned four while walking two in Tuesday's gem and he is just another in a long line of Reds pitching prospects with the chance to make it as a mid-rotation starter.

Travieso gave up one run on three hits and zero walks while fanning six over six innings in Tuesday's game for High-A Daytona.
In what has already been a very impressive campaign for the 21-year-old righty, Travieso may have had his most dominant outing of the year Tuesday against St. Lucie. He has a 3.02 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and 55 strikeouts in 62.2 innings in his first crack at the Florida State League. However, he put up almost identical numbers in 142.2 innings at Low-A last year and never received a promotion, so it's hard to say how aggressive the Reds will get with promoting Travieso going forward.
